Peer Review Requirements

- Lewis Tax and Accounting 2 complies with New York's mandatory peer review program to ensure our accounting and attest services meet professional standards. Supervision and Competency Requirements - For attest services, our supervising CPAs meet specific competency requirements based on education, experience and continuing professional education. - For compilation services, our supervising CPAs meet defined competency standards.

Consent to Jurisdiction

- Any out-of-state CPAs practicing in NY through mobility/practice privileges have consented to the disciplinary authority of the NY Board of Regents.
